Here is how it works:

1. E-mail or call me with your request.  Let me know what size and reason for the scrapbook. 
2. Then we will consult by e-mail or phone.
3. We will discuss the theme in detail and your vision.  I will then start shopping for your scrapbook.  We can do simple or busy, that is all up to you.
4. While I am getting started, you will need to mail me your pictures.  Whether they are already printed or on a cd.  I can also print if needed.  Also send any embelishments, cards, brochures of your own that you want included.  The more information, the better the story.  Please write names and stories on pictures.  This will help personalize the scrapbook.  You can e-mail me at any time with questions.  The other option is scanning the pictures into your computer and e-mailing them to me.  I can use the pictures as a guide to make the book, and then send the book to you, and you can put the original pictures in yourself.
5. I require 50% of the cost with the package you send to me.  I can take personal check, money orders, cash, or google checkout.
6. I will keep in touch by e-mail with the progress reports and pictures as often as you want.  You can then e-mail me back okay or changes that need to be made.
7. It will take about 3 weeks after receiving everything from you, to complete.  I will then notify you.  (This is an approximate return time)
8. I will then require the balance in full and will ship within 24 hours.  Mailing fees are inlcuded in the price.
