Please read carefully and sign at the bottom:

1. All items in your scrapbook album will be photo-safe.  Any unforeseen damage resulting from these products is not the liability of Tawnya M.
2. Acid/Lignin Free permanent adhesive will be used to mount photos and objects on layouts. If you want to remove pictures please let me know so I can use a temporary adhesive.
3. All photos are subject to cropping unless noted by you.
4. If photos are damaged in care of Tawnya M. it is agreed that I will pay the cost of reprinting from negatives or memory card.  If photos are irreplaceable, the customer agrees not to hold Tawnya M liable.
5. All items not used will be returned with album.
6. I require 50% down at start and the balance when finished, then I will send you your scrapbook.
7. You may cancel at any time, but in doing so, the deposit will be returned minus the cost of completed work and shipping.
8. I will make every effort to make sure you are happy at all times with the project.  I will e-mail you layouts as often as you would like, and will fix anything you do not like.
9. Your layouts may be used on my website as ideas and examples unless customer requests not to be.  These layouts will only be on my website, not on any public forums.
10. By signing this agreement customer agrees to all terms.
